Locked Out?

Needed an urgent service to unlock my front door as I had left both my spare key and main house key inside. Called several locksmiths prior, however, all the servicemen were busy being 3:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday. Fortunately Jay was able to accommodate and gave my a 30 minute time frame, and to my glorious surprise, arrived within 20 minutes. He was extremely helpful, and finished unlocking the door in under 5 minutes without at hassle. He was an absolute life saviour, especially in the 30+ degree weather, and the service charge was nothing in comparison to having to break a window to get in (all jokes aside). Absolute pleasure dealing with Jay and the team, and would highly recommend them to friends and anybody SOR, especially in the Como region. If I ever lock my keys inside again, Jay and Efficient Lock And Key will definitely be my go to. I can not thank them enough. I will reiterate the friendliness and professionalism that they brought to the job. Absolutely elated and ecstatic with their workmanship. In a time where friendliness and professionalism rarely go hand and hand, Efficient Lock And Key go above and beyond to deliver. Whilst I hope I'll never need their services again, they will be the first I'll contact without a doubt. Jay installed a digital lock for my aged parents. He even went to their home to resolve a problem unrelated to the new lock but the old one, without any charge. I would highly recommend Jay as he’s honest, efficient & kind

Jay came on recommendation when I needed a visiting locksmith at our home based south of the river. Jay came to repair our front door which had a lock issue. He was very prompt with contact and was able to come in a time frame that suited me well. He is very knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue very quickly, on top of that he was a nice bloke happy to explain the issue and able to take eftpos payment at the end of the job. I would absolutely recommend Jay and if ever have the need he will be my go to locksmith.
